Our processing time is currently 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Order processing does not occur over the weekend, only during business days.

Our shipping time is an additional 3-5 business days for the basic USPS option or 2-3 for Expedited shipping.

Yes we offer free shipping on all dry weight orders over $60. Free shipping does not apply to liquid weight items, and must be shipped through UPS if any beverages or syrups are in cart. For this reason, we recommend keeping dry and beverage orders separate to ensure you save the most on our free USPS shipping over $60.

Yes, we do! However, Tradebank credits do not cover shipping costs, and shipping must be manually charged per order through our Square invoicing system. Limit of $150 or less, one order a month.

Our online loyalty program is separate from our in-store loyalty program. Each $1 spent is equal to 1 point. For every 100 points earned, you are able to convert into a $5 loyalty point credit at checkout, for a maximum stacking of $20 loyalty points used per order.
