What These Terms Mean

Per Serving

The amount of regulated hemp-derived cannabinoids in one measured portion. One package may contain multiple servings.

Total Package Amount

The combined amount of regulated hemp-derived cannabinoids in the entire package or container.

HDCP

“Hemp-derived cannabinoid product,” the term used throughout Tennessee Public Chapter 526.

Certificate of Analysis

A laboratory report, commonly called a COA, showing cannabinoid potency and other testing results for a product or batch.
