423 Day Festival is an opportunity to celebrate the beautiful city of Chattanooga past present and future. 423 Day is a unique opportunity to bring all the neighborhoods of Chattanooga together for an annual event giving Chattanoogans a sense of ownership and pride in the city that we love and an opportunity to celebrate local diversity through inclusion.
